For instance the company may want a site that encourages employee social interaction in which case the main focus would be on the employee both as the subject and user and not on the company's products/services.

Title of the Website (this is not automatically the same as the name of the company)

DEADLINE
Date of launch of website.

PROJECT SUMMERY

  • A description of the purpose, goals and constraints of the project.
  • At this stage the results of the Competitive Analysis should also be taken into consideration.
  • Today more often than not the company's website is a update or redesign, if that is the case the Project Summery is where you would address any previous problems and the possible solutions.
