The Creative Brief
should contain key information about the website initally based on the first discussions you have with your client. You will probably have a series of meetings with the client to pin-down the exact requirements and goals for the website. In addition you will be:- conducting a Competitive Analysis of the client's competition
- identifying the website's Target Audience
- creating a Content Strategy
- identifying the company's Brand and Message
During this time you will need to keep revising the Brief. Once it is complete the client can sign-off on it and you can move onto the next stage of the site design.
